Today the cross country country was opened for the riders. The terrain is quite hilly, in particular the second part of the course. There are many technical jumps, with lots of "run-out options".
Even walking the course is quite strenous. The obstacles have been designed with Chinese motives, and a lot of energy must have gone into creating tem.
