The heart rate of your horse can be a good indicator of the condition and the stress level of your horse.
Using heart rate monitors is getting more and more popular, especially in Eventing and Endurance. Now you can also combine the heart rate monitoring with GPS data, allowing you to see not only the heart rate of your horse, but also where it went up or down.
